Rajaji National Park is a national park and tiger reserve in the Indian state of Uttarakhand, that encompasses the Shivaliks, near the foothills of the Himalayas. It covers 820 km2 (320 sq mi) and includes three districts of Uttarakhand—Haridwar, Dehradun and Pauri Garhwal. In 1983, three wildlife sanctuaries in the area (namely, Chilla, Motichur and Rajaji) were merged into one.
As of January 2024, the number of leopards in Rajaji National Park was estimated to be around 200, with 30 of them frequently spotted. However, a 2022 report estimated the leopard population of the landscape to be 349.
